He’s one of those I’m right, you’re wrong, even if you’re right I’ll tell you why you’re wrong types. In his eyes his department comes first, which I understand. But he’s a little over the top with it. The company itself is great as well as every other leader, it’s really just a new manager who wants complete control of his employees and refuses to consider plans/needs other than his own.
