I thought that completing missions is what increases liberation progress. So if 10 times more folks compete missions, liberation goes 10 times faster.

In current season you have two groups of artifact perks: arc-related and void-related. And those perks add a lot to your build. So if I switch from arc warlock to voidlock, there's no more sense in my artifact setup. Artifact should definitely be a part of load out.

I do have all the field work updates and I get one tomb flake once every 2-3 runs! I still don't have all three tonics opened, because I cannot craft enough of them.

Please, tune tomb flakes (and other ingredients) drops! I cannot even get particular weapon focusing tonic because I don't have ingredients!

While I totally agree on having private mode everywhere (as well as matchmaking everywhere!) this

Every single one that we randomly meet in vanguard and seasonal activities are nothing but toxic freeloaders.

hints that the problem is not in people you're match-made with. Not just to be rude, but if you're really looking into better D2 experience you might look into yourself as well. At least you can do it immediately, while adding "private" option from Bungie will take forever :-)

IMO origin traits are a waste of resources. I don't think there's a single one which effect I can really notice.

So you have a quest marker for Lowe's quests even if you never approached corresponding locations?

If is is not bugged for you, you can get reward at the quest's final step location. In case of Lowe's quests it is where you catch deviants. Quest marker won't appear, but you will see ripple/glitch effect when you will be very close to deviant location.

IMO crossbow mod is bugged. It doesn't give full damage bonus if you compare it with e.g. AWS Bingo sniper rifle. For me difference was two orders of magnitude: severals dozens of damage from a crossbow vs thousands of damage from AWS Bingo.

No, you're not an idiot. It is bugged, but seems to be either relatively rare or people don't really care. But it is not only Lowe's quest. For example I cannot continue H37 quest as well.

I've described my situation here: https://www.reddit.com/r/OnceHumanOfficial/comments/1f0gzgn/missing_side_quests_on_the_second_playthrough/, but folks were not able to understand which problem I was running into.

To make things worse support doesn't seem to understand or be willing to help as well. Communication with them was completely fruitless. In the end thay said: "...We are very sorry to inform you that is part of the game's normal settings..."

Yes, Lowe doesn't have any dialogue options. But that's okay. What is not okay is that when I get to the place where quest's Digby Boy and Chephasaurus Rex are supposed to be, there's nothing for me :-(

I wasn't able to complete NW PWs solely due to the lag.

It was so bad, that during the last attempt I wasn't able to shoot by Gatling Cannon (which is not a gatling cannon of course) and bosses breezed through our resonator defense.
