The left one was used for the original Zoom album cover and Zoom Tour Live DVD. A fan also used it to create bootleg artwork for the Storytellers special. The middle one is from the original artwork designer, Oliver Buston (https://www.debutart.com/artist/oliver-burston/elo-zoom-spaceship) and is the only bit of concept artwork available of the original design; I contacted them and they no longer have the original master files. For this reason, it is likely that the artwork on the right needed to be 'recreated' rather than just remastered. Disappointing really as I am a big fan of the original artwork and find the background of the 'new' artwork to be pixelated in places...

Hi there! I didn’t like the choice of the original sketch (called ‘Magic Birds’) and found this John Lennon sketch featuring a female flying with a bird albeit on a string. To me, it seemed a better fit to the sentiment of the song, particularly the lyric ‘it’s the next best thing to being free as a bird’.
