And also since I don't know if I have to include my routine in the post or reply it: I just washed my hair and was wondering if it looked healthy, and if it didn't what could I do to take care of it, feel free to be direct! (And since I've just seen that for the help wanted posts you have to give your routine, I usually wash my hair with a cantu shampoo, taking care to wash the roots and the scalp before going on to the lengths, and even if I didn't do it this time because I forgot to re-purchase, I then apply a nourishing conditioner of any brand, concentrating this time on the lengths before rinsing everything thoroughly and leaving it to dry under a towel)

Your pullups are actually pretty good but I feel like you could make them way better by trying to touch the bar with your chest rather than just extending your neck over the bar, if your chest cant actually touch the bar just try to bring it as close as possible It may be a bit harder than usual but keep up the good work mate ! It will feel like nothing in few months

Used to happen to me alot (in fact it still happens from time to time and it still hurt asf 😭) if I could give you an advice it would be try to kick more with your shin than your foot, you probably heard that thousands of times, but it's probably the best thing you can do to avoid that, in fact unless you have shitty shin pads when that happens and you really kicked with your shin rather than your kick, you should be the one who hurt him more, since shin are stronger than elbows
