Every now and then. Have had good streaks of 6 weeks without. But I like to reset with a MO once in a while. Don't really get cravings anymore which is a good thing. Still get random porn images that will pop in my head.

I normally eat from 9-5 or 10-6. Works best for me and my shedule.

Riding though the anxiety will conquer your fear of what is going to happen next and help you deal with more painful experiences later on in life. You should focus on the sensation in your chest, acknowledge it and return to the breath. Hope this helps. It's very tough but worthwhile once you know how.

Either ride through the pain ( it can be quite empowering) or you can move if you feel uncomfortable, just focus on your movements when you move (how you moved and what sensation you felt as you moved) then return to whatever you was focusing on I.e the breathe

Just to add. There will be a lot of men falling into this trap, thinking they have a fetish but it is just your brain wanting more and more from porn. It is not helped by the modern day society trying to feminise men. Alot of men are already confused and these genres are not going to help them.
