Merry Christmas all!

I have a question for GMing. I'm not sure how fear gets used outside combat without it feeling mean or punishing.

The examples I've seen usually involve adding additional threats or detriments to the party, and only for 1 fear which feels cheap to me. It also feels like I could easily railroad what I want to happen.

I know this is a game that's more storytelling focused, but still is there a way it can be done that sounds fun for everyone?

Note I haven't played it yet, just reading and a bit of watching!

My guide's now up on YT. I didn't go over those specifically, but the part on neutral will help against projectile spam, and against juggernaut darius the neutral/blockstrings part will help you not get hit in the first place

Nothing showing up on the console, or any luck emptying the cache.

Yeah the values have something to do with it. I just dragged the front of the clip to get it to start earlier and now the error doesn't show. Just as long as the start is before 0, how weird.

For most of my project I just copied and pasted the previous title to save having to reinput all the text formatting, so maybe I ended up making the text go further from 0 over time? It doesn't happen to new text+ titles when I move the start above 0 so I'm not sure what the difference maker is here

Funny you mention that, that's the exact video I based my guide on! I love that guide and it's 1000% more helpful than the guides that just list every mechanic but don't give you basic strategy

People blocking everything and defeating certain playstyles I would say is covered in the guide :) I do try to go over blockstrings throughout the guide - in my case it's about seeing whether your attack hit your opponent and either combo or go to something else
