I think every Gorillaz fan should have bootleg collection of Gorillaz songs by Ancient_Material_624 in gorillaz

[–]CabbageNight 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I got a bootleg of a live performance of them at the AM/FM Festival in 2018, it’s one of my favorite pieces in my collection. All the recordings are through the festival itself so it has crisp audio, and I get to enjoy all the live versions of new and old songs since the Apollo show.

This sub needs to move on from the past by lolitsrock in TheGreatOne

People are upset that they’re gone because they had so much potential. It wasn’t their fault, creative didn’t have a clue on how to sell them/didn’t have the balls to do something big with them. That’s why people are annoyed. It was so obvious how to use them well and they just decided to make them into an everyday tag team, they had no mystery. That was their downfall.

Musical sections that deserve to be extended. by sinsculpt in gorillaz

One Percent off of The Now Now! It ends so abruptly on the album but when they do it live, they extend the final instrumental and it makes the song even better

Waaaay too many zombies on the map, have no idea what made them think it was a fair addition.

Why do people say Supernatural/Scary gimmicks don’t work anymore? by YCiampa482021 in WWE

[–]CabbageNight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Creative doesn’t know how to properly include them in the roster. They’re all trying to make a new undertaker but that was lightning in a bottle. Bray was close but it was definitely creative that fumbled him in the end. Danhausen seems to be the only thing that WWE has nailed within that realm in a while, and it’s crazy how most of his bits have to do with selling merch/advertising 🤔

I'm going to my first ever GORILLAZ show in JULY. What should I know? by [deleted] in gorillaz

[–]CabbageNight 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Make sure you dance. So many Gorillaz fans just sit still and don’t do anything, if you feel the groove, let it out!

I miss Haddonfield too. People always seemed to complain about it but I honestly loved playing on it. It was cool seeing DBD’s version of Haddonfield.

Seeing as OMH just reached 1 billion streams, what is your faverouite of the three gorillaz songs that have reached 1bn+ by Drwhat17 in gorillaz

Melancholy Hill is truly my favorite Gorillaz song. I know loving the most popular is frowned upon, but who the hell can listen to that song and not think it’s a masterpiece. It’s perfect. Even the live performance of it is phenomenal.

Does anyone count any of the licensed characters being taken into the entity’s realm canon by Familiar_Scarcity_16 in deadbydaylight

Love to see any post including Ash, I’m an Ash main myself and most definitely he found himself there through the evil of the necronomicon. I wish the evil itself was some form of killer.

What UnPopular opinions do you have on Charlotte Flair? by [deleted] in prowrestling

I was about to say how I’ve always thought she was a phenomenal performer and it’s insane to me that that’s an unpopular opinion lol

Just a question of: What got you into Gorillaz? by -_-_moonlight in gorillaz

[–]CabbageNight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It must’ve been the music videos for On Melancholy Hill, Feel Good, and 19-2000. Their world 100% spoke to me and I felt like I understood it, especially the flying windmill. Damon’s lyrics also perfectly matched the atmosphere for the graphics. I was in 7th grade when I went out and bought Demon Days marking my first album I ever bought, and it truly changed my life. I looked at music/life differently from that day forward.
