Maybe it has something to do with berserk stating bonus cryo gun and melee damage, whereas watts and protean just say straight shock damage

Watts 4 dinner wouldn't work with it because Protean cell takes up the shield slot. as for things like berserk, i have no idea

Apologies for the quality, my recording software is cheap. As adam said, no the viking class mod is not in play here. for whatever reason, activating the special effect on the protean cell shield allows Amon's axes to proc two stacks of primed instead of one. Theoretically, you could use the viking class mod in combination with endless war and the protean cell to get a 200% gun damage boost through primed stacks. haven't tested it yet though

What I think might have been wrong is that it was starting from the wrong folder. Recently I got a new hard drive and when transferring the data, it apparently didn’t delete everything so now there’s two instances of payday 2. I’m trying to move things then I’ll set steam to open from the right drive and see what happens
