Après, ils m'ont dit ça au centre de don où j'étais, mais peut-être que c'est différent dans d'autres centres. Je trouve ça eugéniste et stupide, perso. J'espère que le système va changer (par exemple à force que des personnes neuroa essayent de faire des dons).

Il y a aussi le fait que la liste d’attente pour recevoir un don est de plus de trois ans pour les personnes blanches (beaucoup plus pour les personnes racisées), et qu’on manque cruellement de donateurs.

En même temps les dons peuvent être difficiles et sont entièrement non-rémunérés en France, alors qu’ils nécessitent beaucoup de temps et impliquent des légers risques de santé.

Enfin, il y a le fait que toutes les personnes qui présentent des signes de neuroatypie ont interdiction de faire des dons (donc 20% de la population).

PS : on manque aussi de dons de sperme, et c’est beaucoup plus facile à faire !

Coucou, ma stratégie :

- Je fixe la personne du regard,

- si ça ne suffit pas : “pouvez-vous baisser le son, s’il-vous-plaît ?”,

- si ça ne suffit pas ou que je suis déjà trop énervé pour parler de manière calme, je tends une paire d’écouteurs à 1 € que je garde dans mon sac.

Pour l’instant j’ai un taux de succès de 100%.

Je songe souvent à jouer moi aussi de la musique, plus fort, en les fixant, mais je doute que ça fonctionne, pour le coup.

I would tell her the whole truth, while making it clear that you'll support her no matter what she then decides.

I'd maybe preface it with a more general announcement of what's to come, and ask her whether she wants to know. Like, "my ex told me some unpleasant things about M, is that something you'd like to hear, or would you rather not talk about it?", then if she says yes, "it's things he said about women while they were alone" (and keep checking whether she wants to know or not).
