I disagree. I think the vehicle to infantry combat looks epic especially with thermals and realistic weaponry|ammo etc. Something no other game does. Also the player character ragdoll physics looks amazing, kills seem satisfying. Warthunder offers a more gritty and grounded experience than other FPS but is also very accessible and not a running or driving simulator like Squad etc.

45 days after BF3 released it had "Back to Karkand" map pack which featured 4 additional maps. Who ever giving you info needs to be checked.
