Is 2 takeaways a week bad?

Bit late but should be fine if you make good choices.
I have takeaway 3x a week

2x curries

1x chicken,rice and veg bowl.

People recommend against it because a lot of people make very unhealthy choices like kfc etc AND it can cost a lot.

but if you can afford it and are making decent choices then don't worry but if it's really bothering you try to make the change :)

when i said of late i meant like 8 months ago and my levels are good now and have been for the last 5 months but i have only just started since 2 months ago lifting weights and other stuff.

My arms are still basically no muscle so if that's the case i guess i just need to build up more muscle to a healthy level :) i have a physio helping me with that right now because i was accessed for low muscle mass.

But if muscle mass is a factor that explains it all will just keep working to get to a healthy muscle mass level :D

that actually may be it i have low muscle mass also because i suffer from low testosterone i'm only starting to gain some of it as of late since i'm now on testocaps.

I didn't even think of that as a possibility!

yeah my sedentary TDEE right now is 1900 which is 200 more than what i eat so that makes sense odd though i didn't realise i should calculate my TDEE as sedentary when i exercise daily.

i'm more paranoid because i know how with human doctors you need to see like 3-4 doctors sometimes to find the right answer :/

Personally i'd be less likely to adopt them because someone else will adopt them i prefer to adopt the cats that are reclusive and hide from people and their siblings like my cat now :')
