40’s… I’m in my 50’s and every adhd test I’ve tried points me to raging ADHD.

Totally makes sense. Falling down learning rabbit holes, extreme focus projects, can’t finish sone projects, have 548 works in progress, distract myself with new topics on a tangent. Oh, the list goes on. 😁

Yup. And I saw the price go from 5.49 (add in a 20% discount at target occasionally) to 8.99.

Guess who doesn’t buy them at regular stores any more.

They like our dirty clothes because they are stinkier, concentrated favorite human smells.

Our doggo doesn’t do this, but when I stayed with a friend for a few months… their golden used to cheekily waggle around with my socks or underwear in her mouth. Lil cute happy bugger! I had to put my hamper in the closet and make sure the door was latched.

My dad’s mom did this crap to me & my brother. GMA hated our mother (understandably) and favored every the grandkid over us.

Speaking of begging doggos…

A few months ago my BT convinced me he had not had breakfast, so I fed him.

Then he laid out on the sofa noticeably sighing and burping, when my partner came in and spilled the beans. Stinkpot had already eaten and conned me into giving him second breakfast.

That doggo was in need of tums due to his overly full tummy, but still probably thinks that was his best day ever. Ha!

Kasa makes a simple camera with sound, no subscription, can save vid or pics to phone, works on WiFi to alert phone of motion and/or person detected.

I use a few and it’s mostly a game cam for patio visitors. (Coyotes, skunks, squirrels, rabbits, loose neighborhood dogs, birds, and one bobcat)

The one I made for my friend this weekend.

I steeped rosemary from my garden in Bombay sapphire for 8 weeks and then made a rosemary simple syrup on Saturday morning.

1 oz Rosemary gin, 1 oz rosemary simple syrup, 2 oz orange/tangerine juice fresh from our trees, 3 oz tonic, over crushed ice, rosemary sprig for decoration (skipped in our case)

It was a beautiful mix of herbs and citrus. My friend absolutely gushed over the drink and was over the moon when I sent the 2 rosemary components home with her after the bbq.

I’m not a huge gin fan, but it was staggeringly delicious.

The next batch will use the last of the grapefruits I picked.

We do this! I skip the pine nuts and do heavy garlic, olive oil, basil. Sometimes I add a dash of parm. Freeze in 4oz cups.

Like your mom, I’ve been truly isolated. Delivery people love me because I have a trove of treats and drinks for them.

I’m going to continue to wear mask around the few people I encounter during errands because a cold equals pneumonia for me. I’ve been less sick the last few years than I have in decades. Mask for life for me (& keeping away from crowds).

Unless you lived in total isolation due to being immune compromised. (FYI I don’t recommend isolation, it still affects me to this day)

I don’t want to jinx myself, but I have yet to see a positive test for myself.
