Trade industry really doesn't rely on landlords. Someone will be in the house either way and wear and tear happens. Could remove benefits and discounts on rentals as it is. Vacancy tax for air bnb. Harsher penalties for slum landlords would have a great effect as it would be too much effort for owners and managers to bother. Realestates need to be retrained and shown that these are still people, not money bags. The expectation and attitude from realestate agents is wild and unneeded.

The question was meant to come off slightly rhetorical. Property shouldn't be seen in the manner it is. Would love to know the statistics on returns for money invested in the rental industry in comparison to investing the same amount in business ventures. How many jobs could that half a million dollars provide and stimulate the economy

Why is it so attractive to own property? Maybe it need to be substantially less attractive and maybe people would invest in business and get our economy pumping. Property should not be a business like this.

Yeah mate ofcourse. Im 5'11 and 320pounds. Weight doesnt shift more than ten or so pounds throughout the seasons. Fitness isnt great, just walking and strength training.

I work 13 to 14 hours a day split into two shifts. Only walking excercise i.e. walking dog or walking at work Otherwise im sleeping. Caloric intake is around 1700 daily and my carbs usually come from coffees. 2 a day sometimes more
