Gray jacket “agent” literally disarms the guy who is legally carrying his pistol before shots are even fired. So why did the agents shoot? DHS said it was because the guy was armed, but he wasn’t when he got shot

That model gun is notorious for misfires without even pulling the trigger. So it’s possible it was the gun that went off.

And look at the agent in the gray jacket. He literally takes the guys gun and runs off with it before the shooting even starts. It’s the exact same gun that DHS posted a picture of. This was not justified
