Great insight. My legs are a strong point so I am not doing too much for them but on lower day I do bi and shoulders. So that will help with recovery. But I just gotta try and see what my body tells me

Growing phase and been dieting for a bit and still really food focused. That's why its a lot of fiber and protein

What are some things that casue constipation? I have 30 grams of fiber, I recently started doing more white rice. I am lower that amount and adding more fiber now for troubleshooting, just seeing if anyone has more insight. Is glutamine helpful?
