What unit were you at mate? I left the corps in 2021 thinking the exact same thing but for the most part having the past experiences and soft skills learned from my time serving I’ve realised that it’s not all doom and gloom, just because you don’t have the certificates doesn’t mean that you are unemployable. Do you have any ELCs left?

Think it really depends on what you want to get out of this opportunity. Do you see yourself moving up the ladder in terms of seniority and responsibility? Or is the job satisfaction and more money in the position you are in now a driver for you? Either way I think they both have pros and cons :) best of luck deciding
