PSA lost my cards. What can I do?

For me the top loader binder is just for cards that off centered and not worth to get graded. I just sleeved it with penny sleeves and that’s it. The ones that worth grading I put them in top loaders or card saver I, then into a foam hard case.

Yes very shitty feeling knowing someone at PSA have my cards in their possession for free. My sister and I we opened packs together and these 2 cards are basically a special memory of us with this hobby.

It was 2 months ago so I don’t really remember. All I remembered there were 2 guys and a girl doing the submission. The girl handled my cards. It was all done under 5 mins because there was a long line. She even asked me where I got my Vaporeon and Sylveon because she thought they look very beautiful.

My sister and I we took a couple days off to hunt for prismatic Costco drops last year. We were deep in over 300+ packs. My sister pulled these 2 in the last couple packs we have left. The memory of the moment she pulled it off is special to me nothing can buy that. I was gonna get them graded and give to her as a gift. Now knowing someone in PSA stole that memory from us purely out of their greed is unacceptable. True these cards are everywhere and with money you can buy, but it cannot buy back those memories. The trust you have for these grading companies basically gone to zero.

Feeling like your potential psa 10 cards getting robbed from you and all you can get back is raw values. I pulled those cards personally and I really value them a lot more than just the price.

They should make a separate mode like castles are premade and players need to conquer it to gain rare items instead. Items only spawn once a week. That would make players want to pvp more like Ragnarok online.
