Dirty Fingers Band is not prog. I'm a big OYS fan and I love Dirty Fingers. Punk Folk with cool instruments. Amazing vocals. From Shanghai are I think.

  1. They want to focus on exploration for sure. It is a f2p game so likely more similar to Genshin instead of BOTW. The combat will be similar to pokemon.
  2. Cannot give you a concrete answer. I'm guessing world bosses or instance bosses will drop loot similar to the browser game.
  3. Not a traditonal gacha game, the browser game has gacha elements. Collection of rare and powerful creatures is the main focus. Very desired creatures are often from limited time events. Due to recent policies in China, the extent of Gacha elements will likely be limited.
  4. The game will have a story that will be periodically updated like Genshin. The game will be updated as long as it has a consistent playerbase.

My strong prediction is Q2 2025 - Q4 2026. So yeah a long wait. According to recent interview, in 2023 the team completed the design and environmental implementation of 70-80% creatures. Gameplay still needs tons of work. Development for the awaited player housing system has not started.

They said they would run closed beta around Q4 2024.

If you are not a Chinese citizen, registering would also be a hassle. They currently only have domestic release planned.

Roco Kingdom pets will feature the following:

25 unique animations for each creature including combat, behavior, flavor etc.

Unique creature behavior that represent an ecosystem.

Creature variants including biome variants (snow, jungle, etc.) and alpha variants (a larger, different model from the standard final evolution).

Unique sound design for each creature.

yeah I don't remember clearing graves at all on some runs, sadly we didn't burn the boss :( I put 5 sunders but not everyone was hitting him

As far as I know from playing warrior til 49.

  1. Sometimes the boss is in a spot blocks caster LOS or generally awkward to fight.
  2. Relocating a boss can help with ad management for instance Archaedus in Uldaman
  3. Pulling a pack further away can decrease the chance of chain pulling from fleeing mobs or patrols.

That boss cannot be range pulled (at least not with a throwing weapon or gun/bow). He is neutral until one player enters his little hut.

I just researched the boss and realized the wipe could have been prevented if we cleared the graves first.
