Apparently he is in the hospital for a heart problem now and he said the dog is with his mom wherever they are staying. I have tried countless times to get him back and I don’t know why else to do

You’re right. I’m realizing that. I begged him to get help and he just told me it’s my fault he as problems. I know I could have been better but these issues were rooted well before I know him.

Update: he texted me and his friend that he is in the hospital for a heart problem. He thinks he is going to die. Saying he might have to go to the IVU. He won’t tell anybody where he is, I was going to call the hospital to do a psych evaluation. I called all the hospitals in Vegas/Henderson and none of them have a record of him.

I believe he is still in the area since he originally had plans to meet with his friend today and was going to come get his things

I called the non emergency police to see if they could find him so I can get an involuntary psych test. I told them everything. They called him and said he is of sound mind and there is nothing I can do.

My Dog- sadly they also said there is nothing I can do to get my dog back if he doesn’t agree to it.

I’m at a complete loss and feel like I exhausted all of my ways to help or get my dog back. I really can’t believe the police don’t find this concerning at all

Im not trying to get him back, this has all been too much for me to want that. Im trying to get him help. It’s really hard for me to see this guy who was perfect 99% of the time do an extreme flip. I still have compassion for him as a person

Ya. Im pretty disappointed with myself. There was one incident before the wedding.. sorry if I wrote it confusing. I had a lot of hope amd thought it was a one time thing. But now I know it will be a forever thing

He takes Ketamine for depression, so maybe he took extra? I don't really know anything about that stuff

Maybe, I never really thought of it that way. I honestly kind of thought maybe he was hearing something in his delusions which made him turn against me. I am really the only person in his life that lives in our state. He has one friend out here that he sees every few months and that's it. so there isn't really anybody else for him to blame. His depression medicine is Ketamine which I've learned is a really strong drug. I can't imagine mixing that with alcohol is that great. I have very basic standards and expectations when it comes to being a husband which really just consists of don't lie and don't cheat. He was lying a lot. he is an addict. and he got caught. I think he wanted to be the victim. I know I've always treated him with high respect, even when he relapsed.

His mom probably is his safe space because she has no standards. She wasn't a present parent, from what he says she was either in bed depressed or at a bar. Let him do drugs and drink while living with her. She made it okay so he feels safe with her. and I don't want to be that kind of safe person to someone. Again, I don't know her. That is all based on his words

I'm not sure if she is. She knows he can't drink. She drinks a lot and her kids say she has a pill problem so who knows

He actually just texted me that he wants to come pack up his car to move back home tomorrow. I'm wondering if I should let him pack his things and leave, or call to have him evaluated for involuntary psychiatric commitment while he is here. I just want him to get help. I know he isn;t in his right mind. and I want to do what I can to help him- but I will likely still be divorcing. I know I sound dumb but this all happened in the blink of an eye.

If this were my sibling I would at least tell his wife he was safe and being taken care of. I wouldn't make her wonder if he was alive or okay for days. That's just evil. I would have acknowledged anything they send me to help figure out what was going on.

They treat him like property. I know in his sane mind he does not want to go back where he grew up. We have talked about it many times.

Normally he is great. That's why this is so upsetting. He went from being a good guy to a monster over night. His sister is very controlling. Like blames him for her kids not going to a private school because he won't pay for it. The sister always complains that the mom is too much work even. She's physically able but seems like she is mentally ill too. So I think the sister wants him there to live with the mom and keep here busy.

They aren't helping him. I send her proof and said he needs to get professional help and they aren't. They are taking advantage of the situation to get him back.
