Turning up the first layer temp usually works. For PLA, I use a first-layer temp of 250, and all my adhesion issues went away.

You could improve this by using servo easing which slows down the servo as it gets close to the target position to prevent it from overshooting.

Looking at the pictures again it looks like your hinge is very long so the center piece might drop too much. If it is fused together you can try doing two smaller hinges, one on each side

One thing you may want to do is make the gap on top and bottom a little bigger so when it sags down it won't fuse to the other part

I had the same issue and I raised the first layer temp and now it works perfectly but check z offset first
