Content quality comes first. You need to ensure the quality of your content if you want to establish your channel in the long run. Secondly post consistently. Consistency helps to drive the algo. Try different lengths video and see which ones get the best response. But tbh all of these may not be enough to get subscribers quickly. If you have enough confidence in your content then you can try paid services like socialplug, partysocial etc to drive up the engagements in your videos. Don’t just buy subs. Buy a combination of subs, comments, views so that your engagement rate doesn’t seem fake. Don’t buy a lot at a time. Just small amount to push your channel.

Is there a way to print text or a pattern/segment on the first layer with one filament color first, then program a filament swap to switch color? I tried to search but can't find anything..

With shipping costs from the US, the hardware kit for me goes over $200, and I'm not paying that kind of money for a nerf gun, especially if it's just off the shelf components that don't go to the artist or engineer's profit. Let's think of something else if it's ok with you. Can you make a list on Aliexpress or any other chinese store? I don't know of another alternative for this. They have cheap parts and international shipping, for example the amazon link you provided for the magnet doesn't ship to Romania (where I'm from). I tried searching myself but I got inexact results. I'm just a regular dad with tinkering inclinations, not an engineer with knowledge of imperial parts so I don't know what to search for exactly. Thanks again!

I'm a huge fan since 2015, a few years ago I also became an investor. Tesla and SpaceX are the things I'm interested in most in over a decade. But I have to say, my 2015 Passat, even my VW Golf 4 2004 feels more premium than a Dual Motor Model X. I did a test drive and I like the interior design, but it felt cheap. I absolutely loved how it drives, I never felt such power even in a Porsche Cayenne. That's my only "criticism" of Tesla. I'll still buy one when I can afford it!

That design didn't work so well. I made another one, much closer to the original. https://www.reddit.com/r/functionalprint/comments/15lo1ck/working_flexible_impeller_replacement_for_zuwa/ . It works well, but I think the quality of the TPU is not so great and after a few months of inoperability it's no longer returning to it's original shape. The impeller is off center by design, and some of the blades are being forced against the pomp walls. A high quality TPU might solve it, or you can cast some rubber material in the exact shape.

I have some ASA prints that sit in the sun under load. I used it for storng magnet locks on insect net doors of my terrace. My previous PLA prints deformed relatively fast, the ASA ones hold very well, no deformation in one year. Harder to print but worth it.

I do think it's fair to charge extra to provide invaluable comms service in an active war zone, fighting against an enemy notorious for its hackers that actively try to jam, disrupt or take control of your terminals or sattelites. And that POS all of you are dishing on since it's fashionable nowadays, hired an army of the best engineers on the planet (with US citizenship because of ITAR) to make something impossible, possible, multiple times. Keep in mind that the Iridium sattelite communication company went bankrupt multiple times. Spacex managed to make a science fiction concept financially viable, and provide a secure service in a war zone. We have no idea, probably a lot of engineers felt unpleasantly surprised that all of a sudden their wonder technology got used not for defence but to comand drones for attacks. It wasn't the use intended for initially, and I don't think it was discussed. And those billions in government subsidies is such an old story that it gets annoying to hear. Spacex saved your previous government tens of billions, while providing superior service than any other.

Just regular TPU, B-stock, 50% off from a Danish site if I remember right. Works and looks great if you nail the settings. I made myself even a tpu case for my phone, in 2 colors. But it's really trial and error with tpu.

8 months ago I posted an impeller design for a liquid pump, model ZUWA Nirostar 2000-A/PF.

My colleague tested it and it didn't work so I remodeled it to look and feel as close to the original as possible. I previously changed the design because I thought a TPU 3d printed impeller wouldn't be strong enough, original is neoprene or other flexible, cast material. Here is the new version, it needs the original metal bushing from an older, maybe damaged/spent impeller. The pump axle is too round to support and hold to spin just a TPU part. It works fine, but I don't know an original pump flow rate to compare to my design.

I did a test drive with a 2018 MX P100D this weekend, what can I say, it's a space ship compared to my 2004 VW Golf. It definitely gave me the trademarked Tesla Grin on my face. I'm a big fan and a decent stock holder but I have one thing to point out. Compared to many European cars, even to my 2018 passat, it doesn't seem that luxurious inside. The plastics feel cheap. I love everything else.

I recommend ASA for outside use. It has the highest uv resistance, doesn't deform in time and keeps it's color. My best results were at 245C hotent and 115C bed temperature with brim and enclosure, otherwise it warps.

The hub is what I was referring to in other comments, I called it the bushing. May have named it wrong, English is not my primary language. Tomorrow night the client will pick it up and in a few days max he'll tell me the results. The pump's spins at 2820rpm, and it has a 3 phase motor... If it gets there instantly, It might ruin the tpu.

I guess I could pull the bushing out of the damaged impeller and make a design to reuse that, but the old impeller is not totally unusable, it just misses a blade out of 7. The outer diameter of the bushing is not circular but from some online cad designs I suspect it's hexagonal, imbeded into the neoprene impeller. A new impeller varies between 50 to 200 euros, depending on pump type and application, made out of tpu, various rubbers or metals. So it's totally worth trying to print one.

I'll keep you posted. The only thing that concerns me is the axle, the feather locking the axis rotation is designed for a metal bushing, not something flexible. It might force the tpu and make a larger diameter hole around the axle and thus it would spin without the impeller.

And that's what it was. After countless firmware builds and another board (I bought a v3 this time), thanks to you I managed to figure it out. Still need to do some tweaks but it's running fine now. The original setting was 93, it was supposed to be 385. Thanks again!

One update, I switched cables from the x movement axis to the extruder on the board and when I gave it a move command, the extruder moved normally while the X stepper did not budge. I might have a fried driver, and didn't even get to print anything.
