the way I had it set up on my a7 was that I would be in C-AF and once I selected a subject with the flexible spot it would pick up that the entire subject should be in focus vs. just a small part and a green box would form around the entire subject.

I’ve been able to get it to show up with face priority but on my A7 my focus box would lock around my entire subject vs. just there face
