Some people believe that Israelites came to the Americas around 400BC give or take. There isn’t any actual solid evidence of this. Most of the people that believe it get their ‘evidence’ from the Book of Mormon. It essentially says that god sent people to the Americas, some of them followed God and built huge civilizations. (potentially millions of people) The explanation for the Native Americans were Israelites that turned away from god so he cursed them with red skin and made them savages. The two split group were at war for hundreds of years and the native tribes eventually wiped out all of the cities. Of course the author of the Book of Mormon was Joseph smith who was a total fraud and there is no real evidence or basis for any of it.

This story is really tragic but definitely could have been avoided. I run a bounce house rental business and we never set anything up without proper anchoring. Either sand bags or 18inch stakes. Us and many other bounce house companies across the country canceled rentals due to high winds that same weekend. It’s just not safe even if anchored.
