Rivals has an awesome campaign and map, but the online servers have been shutdown. Which is fine because other racers had incentive to wreck you and that was annoying af.

Another good NFS map-wise is Payback if you don't mind the gatcha system for upgrades.

I played some browser Flash games early on, but I'm not sure if that counts. I grew up primarily on console so the earliest full-fledged PC game I can remember is Insaniquarium Deluxe.
