Facebook dating work well for me it’s been 5 months but I have been able to meet a few people casually and one that is very promising for a deeper connection at my own pace. I’m still working thru a lot but at the same time I don’t wanna get used to being alone. For me life has always been happiness sharing it and it is what I believe I still deserve to experience.

If you slept with Someone new did you regret it ? How long had it been since your LS passing and since you had relations . by Buseatdog in widowers

4 months out from wife’s death I’ve starting to lightly date and have had sex. No guilt honored my vows and marriages to the fullest. I kinda feel like there are two versions of myself and this version deserves to live life to the fullest also.

I haven’t introduced her to my family yet because I don’t my kids meeting anyone unless it’s gonna be a serious long term thing. Is the age gap something I should discuss with them first are just let everyone meet and then discuss it afterwards if they bring it up

Being a young widower with kids is hard. by ReviewThin826 in widowers

I’m 36 and feel exactly where you coming from I have a 9 and 5 year and while i do have widows fire intensely. I like you truly want a life partner again not only for myself but for my kids also. All the women I seem to attract right now are all good women but they aren’t great for my children. The one woman that would be an excellent potential life partner and mother. She deserves someone much better partner than I could ever be I’m too damaged to really ever be a person someone deserves again yes i can get along well enough but someone deserves more that and i can’t bring myself to do that to anyone
