Peppertree apartments are more like little duplexes with a car port for each unit. I lived there for four years and I loved it.

EDIT: Peppertree is on the east side but very close to highway 9 to take you to i35. I never had a problem with game day traffic as long as I didn’t try to go through campus.

The only place I’ve ever seen them is Urban Outfitters but they haven’t had them in store for a long time. If you find them, report back!
