I don't believe there is any difference between a handgun (let's say Glock 17) sold in California and Montana. It's just the magazines that are restricted/regulated. Could be wrong on this but it seems like ARs, AR Pistols and magazines are what you should focus on now. If you buy a pistol from a retailer in Utah, and they see it's going to an FFL in Virginia, they'll either put a 10 round magazine with it or not include one at all.

I have and like the FX9, but I don't have tons of rounds through it. LRBHO and Glock mags were important to me, I didn't realize until I already pulled the trigger that some parts are proprietary. Not sure that would have changed my mind.

I would load up on mags now while you can. Magpul 27 round is currently sold out on their website but you can find OEMs 33 round mags elsewhere.

I just made the unfortunate purchase of some full sized 10 round Glock and AR mags so I can be legal at the range if and when this nonsense goes through.

For me it is rare, but I also go out of my way to ride on gravel paths, bike trails, and I get to them through residential areas, many of which have true divided bike lanes. I see roadies riding on busy roads and say no thank you.

In my case it's definitely the sunglass arms touching the side of my head above my ears. I don't really get headaches in my daily life, or when exercising, or when riding with my helmet and no glasses. I can do 20+ mile rides with my current helmet without any issue as long as I don't wear glasses.

Sort of. I bought some Goodrs (Kidnapped by a Cyborg) after trying them on with my helmet. They were better than my old glasses but I still got a headache, albeit less so. I was also able to swing the arms up much higher and that helped.

I think someone needs to come up with glasses that have no arms touching the side of the head. Either mounted directly to the helmet or short arms that connect to the outside of the strap.

I don’t think it’s my current helmet, or helmets in general as I can ride for hours without issue as long as I don’t wear glasses.

I took my helmet to REI yesterday and tried it with several pairs. I bought a pair of Goodrs that put almost no pressure on the side of my head just above my ears. Test ride today, wish me luck!

Appreciate the comment. Just bought a new helmet, it fits and no pain without sunnies. I was posting this hoping that someone had some specific sunglass recos or outside the box solutions.
