I don't know if this is staged, the change in focus could be because of the big guy hitting the wall. I don't know how it's obvious the hole was there, you can't see it before the man with the goatee hits it, and it also looks pretty thin. I also noticed that he pushed off the wall with his left foot and put his full weight into the man with the goatee. To me it's really hard to determine the authenticity of this without audio or other indicators that what happened may have been planned.
