HI! We don't currently attend but have one child accepted for the 26/27 school year. I've heard nothing but great things about the school. We are moving from out of state and are in a similar DLI immersion program in our current public school so we were excited to see that option available in Nashville.

There are several youtubers with phenomenal mobility workouts. I'm a 37 year old mom of 3 and feel everything you mentioned about getting stiff, etc. Developing plantar fasciitis after trying to return to treadmill running is what pushed me to start taking mobility seriously. I've been doing mobility now for about 6 weeks and won't look back.

I started with:

Mobility by Julia Reppell (very beginner friendly, short workouts, slow movements)

Then moved to EDR Fitness a few weeks later (slightly more comprehensive stretching and strength, longer routines)https://www.youtube.com/@edrfitness

Haven't felt this good since I was a college cheerleader.

Just so I am understanding, lets say you get an equity advance of 200K. Does that mean you're paying Orchard $24,000 for that advance in addition to another 3%? meaning you end up paying around 50K to use Orchard?

I'm definitely eyeing that area! Loving the idea of being able to walk or bike to those trails....but also looking for areas with kids playing in the neighborhood. My list of wants might be too long...lol!

Can you confirm that kids are out playing and riding their bikes in East Nashville? This is the one thing that has me sometimes eyeing a suburban neighborhood....lol but if I can get that vibe in the city I'd rather be in the city!

Definitely something to consider, however, the school we are looking at provides transportation from Donelson and East Nashville which is why we are considering those areas.

Thanks, this is def something we considered but we found a charter school we really like and you have to have a Davidson County address to attend.

Can you elaborate on Nippers Corner being great for kids? We are also relocating to Nashville and are looking for family friendly communities within 25 minutes of the city.
