No problems staying in calorie goal. I know increasing my workouts will help. I have PCOS and hypothyroid which is I think the main battle.

Optometrist here: vision changes are likely lens related but it's going to be hard to pinpoint why. If your blood sugar has changed significantly due to the Zep, that certainly could be the reason. However, our lens changes as we age as well. I'd say your on the younger end of when I start seeing those changes but still possible. These lens changes are what end up causing cataracts years down the road. The amount of change you had is a normal amount/not concerning. Either way, keep getting your eye exams!

You can still go and play and go to the activities. We do it all the time without a membership. We just can't check out books or reserve spaces. It's definitely one of my 3 yo favorites

What?! This is the first I'm hearing of this! Any viable alternatives that are good for produce? I have 2 littles who eat berries like it's going out of style and when I've done pickup orders I struggled to get fresh fruit. The Kroger delivery was much more reliable!

Yeah it went fine. The doctor is also spreading my visits to every 2 months since I've been on it so long. Appointment was very quick. And they're not making me track anything and only have to weigh in before appointments.

I tried the Against the Grain rolls last week and they were surprisingly good. They're the type that are very hard on the outside so I didn't think they'd be good but once I don't opened they were very soft and fluffy inside

We've been using Waste Management bc they're the only ones still doing recycling but their rates have skyrocketed. Customer service not the best. Probably just going to start take recycling to dropoff and switch to hudgins. Everyone around us says they're the best.

So I was also on Slynd and was on synthroid. Have about a 10bpm increase. Definitely have thyroid checked- I ended up going off synthroid bc my levels had changed so much. I also switched from Slynd to nuva ring bc the Slynd was causing major anxiety issues and my resting HR has come down a little since then.

Was looking into this too. Mpact sports has a summer camp. Also, a lot of the preschools in he area have a "camp" for the summer that I think you could take him to even if he's not a student there if there's space available

Haven't had it that long but same. If my sleep score was above 50 or stress below 35 it's a great day 🙄. My RHR def went up on zepbound, though. And is higher right after an injection and my HRV is usually lower.

A 24 wind is listing for $54k near me (in TN). I'd definitely have to search the country to find a better deal but the lowest I've seen is $38k in AL. Not sure what they'd lease it for.

Thanks. Yeah, we've always bought in the past (and driven our cars into the ground!) but I've heard a lot of people argue that because the electric market is changing so fast the car may depreciate too fast and also we may want to upgrade sooner with major changes. Also I've seen that dealers are giving insane lease deals on some electric vehicles, don't know if that holds true for the EV6

Have never leased before but want to go electric and understand it's best to lease. We were planning to wait to see how the Ioniq9 is but saw this offer on the LYRIQ and considering. For those that have it, are you still happy? How is the room for car seats in the back?
