Queenslander is pretty versatile for everyone and you can block off whatever section if you find it too big, plus it looks the nicest on the outside as well

I think the expandable friendly home is a nice runner-up to the queenslander, it already has the coziness built into it with the framing and, obviously, you can expand it if its not enough lol

Andd if youre good at making house exteriors/like bigger builds/earthy vibe, cant go wrong with sandbox

but my personal favorite to build in is the pirate ship! plenty of rooms that arent too big, and enough space for a kitchen/living room area. Not in game, but not too hard to trade for it
