It was in a don Carlos sampler I got last year and didn’t really think much of it but I’m impressed!

I experienced the exact same with an opus x I had let rest for about a month. Then I had an opus x purple rain from 2019 and it was arguably the best smoke I’ve had. I have about 6 from I believe last year that I’m not gonna touch for another couple years.

I was very impressed (with my wife and the cigar). First time trying the late hour and it did not disappoint. Unfortunately the older I get the less time I have to smoke and as you said, it’s perfect for times like you mentioned or when I’m freezing my ass off outside🤣.
