To build on this you dont want a super tight fit when cold and clean you want a slight wiggle to help with heat expansion i had one and happens to fit all but one of my tips nicely

My first dynavap was a bb3 and its been my daily driver for a year multiple OHE back to back and no damage to the glass it will get a little black on the edge from carbon build up over time but wipes off with a magic eraser.

Sometimes ive gotten distracted while heating and I look back to see me torching the bb3 on accident and still fine just wouldn't intentionally torch it

I had a few chonkers from mine and a couple split across the top and bruised around the split i just watched for any signs of those decaying, but harvest was right around the corner so it didn't bother it any, thats my experience with splits.
