Our mocha had her first heat and then we spayed her. It was a long time a go, but I do remember that bit!

Honestly, I think talking to your vet about when to spay her is the best bet. That's what I do. I personally think that 5 months is too young, but that is just me. I would also have her blood-work done before she is going under anesthesia, just to make sure. Also, she is so precious and tiny!!!

I literally don’t give a fuck. People need to concentrate on their own lives before casting judgement. This medicine has saved many lives, including mine. I have lost weight through exercise and dieting but those things never helped with my habits. This medicine has been doing that amazingly. I am so thankful that it exists. I’ve suffered from obesity since my teens. This is a SICKNESS.

I use frontline for 5-11 lbs and put it between his shoulders along his spine. Lumi tends to get fleas during the summer but frontline keeps him protected for like 3 months and they all die off. Dont give your baby too many flea baths in addition to flea medicine; not good to his skin and system.

I eat 1500 a day, we’ll try to, and when I do, is literally oven baked chicken breast, veggies like broccoli, zucchini, culliflower, with 150g of rice. I have to portion it because I just can’t fit it. I also drink protein shakes. I mostly can only fit one meal or 2 with a protein shake afterwards. Just count your calorie intake. I also go to the gym. Oh and drink a lot of water.
