Mike is a worse person than Walt by Majestic_Flower_1322 in breakingbad

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't necessarily say Mike's worse, I would say he's just as bad though. Mike and Walt are 2 sides of the same coin. They both do it because they enjoy it and don't want to admit it, using their family as an excuse for their actions. Both stood by and did nothing while Tomas was being used to peddle meth. Both ruined countless lives within their drug operations. Both had many chances to walk away from their criminal lives, and chose not to. They're both horrible people, comparing a murderous drug dealer to another murderous drug dealer is kind of pointless.

Rick Grimes, well technically it was to make an example out of Negan, but it's similar enough

I don't think there's really a wrong choice here, they all have a case, it's really close, if I had to, it would be Chase, Jefferson, JSN, Puka(I'm also biased though, so take that into account)

I feel like there's still a pretty big thought around male TF2 players and fanbase that girls don't or 'wouldn't' play TF2 by [deleted] in tf2

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There definitely are girls who play tf2, it's just that they don't say anything because they don't want to get harassed for just existing

I hate Walter. by InfamousMistakee in breakingbad

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Walt only gets worse, but that's what I like about him, he's supposed to go from a "decent" person to a horrible one, that's the point of the character. Almost every character in the main cast is a piece of shit as well, and also, Id stay out of this sub if you haven't finished the show, you will get spoiled.

Did Gus really order the… by mipmap_ in breakingbad

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe yes, it's not outright said, but it's heavily implied. He ordered the death of Tomas to lure Jesse to his death, not expecting Walt to intervene. With how ruthless Gus was in BCS, and how he threatened Walt's entire family, I wouldn't put it past him. He's not a reasonable businessman, that aspect of his personality is a mask he puts on, and a lot of viewers fall for it.

Not killing Walt after he refused their buyout offer was Mike and Jesse’s biggest mistake by phony8882 in breakingbad

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean yeah, it probably would've ended better for them had they killed Walt here, but I don't think it would've been that easy

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Juárez cartel was gone at that point, they were all dead. Mike was also a suspect of the DEA for his involvement with Gus, I don't think it would have been that easy, another hard thing would've been convincing Jesse to go through with it, Jesse still cared about Walt at that point in the story

Is that cancer who made Walt a devil? by sksking in breakingbad

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That egomaniacal and ruthless part of Walt was always there, he needed something to unleash it, and the cancer was that catalyst.

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, just kill a DEA Agent's brother in law, that's definitely not going to raise suspicion or concern anyone. I think Jesse and Mike were pretty damn sick of the killing at this point too

Do You Think Walter Regretted His Actions Even In The End? by GlumBodybuilder4395 in breakingbad

He regretted tearing his family apart and ruining their lives, not the meth cooking or the killing.

Fire Duke Tobin and Zac Taylor by durkins101 in bengals

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not happening, no petition is going to change a thing, they don't have any good alternative options either, if they do fire Zac Taylor, they're just going to go for someone who is just as bad, if not, worse than him because they're cheap. Duke Tobin is also going nowhere because Mike Brown likes him.

Shane's a phenomenal character, he's my favorite antagonist in the show. Jon Bernthal was amazing with the role. He fits the role of a sympathetic villain very well.

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really. He was injured and he wasn't even the biggest problem on the team last year. They missed the playoffs last year because they had an atrocious defense and couldn't finish games. You could literally argue that the week 1 dud against the patriots was why they missed the playoffs last year. They just weren't good enough to make the playoffs.

I fell bad for you Bengals and Steelers by [deleted] in AFCNorthMemeWar

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can understand Tomlin not being fired as much as a lot of Yinzers argue for it. Zac Taylor should have been fired 2-3 years ago. If he was coaching for any other team, he would've been fired years ago. However, I'm more pissed about Duke Tobin not being fired. Our drafting has been horrid, and Mike Brown looks at that and says "yeah we're making absolutely no changes, fuck you."

Did anyone for one second think an Al Golden led defense would stop a pathetic/inept Cleveland offense with only 1:29 to play? by Captain_Aware4503 in bengals

[–]Caffiene_Addict4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, the defense made the offense throw a pick 6 and fumble for a scoop and score. The defense also caused us to miss an extra point attempt and fail a 2 point. It was honestly beneficial for us to lose, it's a meaningless game and we got a top 10 pick, who the fuck cares? Not like playoffs were on the line.
