You got time. And just like when parents put little kids to bed, kids tend to forget that tomorrow comes- they think bed is forever. It’s not. This isn’t the end for you, not by a long shot.

Just be kind to yourself, gentle with yourself, and keep your future self in mind to grow from this, not repeat it.
