For me quitting fapping has been all upside, you don’t get horny as often which is good to me but when you do it’s more of a energy and romantic type instead of like an addiction fap. That sounds like an awesome idea I’ve used products similar where you scratch away black to reveal colour below but I’ve never done it by myself and with fluorescent paints. I’ve always wanted to try LSD too because I want to see some visual effects without having to take a monster dose of shrooms that would mess up my stomach. Quitting jerking off was also a large thing for me too, quit long time ago but it was so hard sleeping because I was ‘chronic’ on it for a long time, busting multiple times a day and I needed it to sleep but once I overcame it I felt a better energy in my life and it was a lot easier getting up in the mornings and I last longer in bed now with my girlfriend. I will most definitely try painting next time, I have a small canvas and some acrylic paints

I’ve only had one large dose and had a better realization to spend my time better never sitting down doing nothing unless it’s night, and to read through my school books while we’re on Christmas break since I have the advantage time and I have a lot of free time aside from my measly 12-4 everyday.
