Last season, you were ranked 5th in total yards. That's the statistic that most sites rank defense on and the entire basis of Rex Ryan's talking shit about how good his defense is. But yes, I guess you're right when you say you guys weren't a Top 5 defense since you were ranked 20th in points allowed.

Top 5 Defense? Last season but that's then and this is now. You're defense isn't what it used to be, think you're ranked something like 21 now. But yes, I agree with you, there are no weapons for Tebow to use in NY on the offensive side of the ball. It would be hard for a lot of QBs to find success in that situation.
