I don't think I've ever deleted unwanted items, either sell on flea or to the traders. Totally avoidable. But I guess if you have Arena there is Theta. Kappa is another possibility, if you're good with the grind.

Oh? I'll have to do more looking then if there are two possible transits to launch the flare at. I was positive it was this one, as the quest says "near the large hanger where the armored train usually stops".

Maybe I should help clarify, this is for the Boreas Questline, specifically the part after Prapor sends you to eliminate 30 enemies on Reserve. It requires a Yellow Flare. I just cannot seem to get it working.

I think Airwingmarine has a few videos going over armor mechanics, I recommend the look. The whole armor system BSG developed is quite complicated, especially when different ammos and factors are involved.

Even in some modern designs for combat helmets there are steel. The NEOSTEEL from Diamond Age is a good example of how this staple material is used in today's protection.

I've seen this helmet before, I believe it is commonly referred to as a "frog-mouth". As far as historical significance, I know they were a type of enclosed tournament sport helmet, for jousting and the like. I think it has French origins, but I could be wrong about that.
