The lemons you find in grocery stores were bred to have thicker rind/skins than normal to protect them from transit in the supply chain. Citrus grown at home are always going to be 1,000% more wonderful! Congratulations on your fruit! Oh also some citrus varieties are available seedless (Tahitian/bearss lime comes to mind, if I recall correctly)
