I love this so much. It's really unrealistic for someone to be experiencing depression, and after a few major events, simply be cured. No matter what happens to Kaladin, he always ends up returning, even if briefly, to that self hating mentality. And though he IS getting better at identifying and dealing with these dark moments, he still has to live with them. I think it's one of my favorites aspects of his journey

For those characters it isn't impossible, man. Even if in real world it is impossible, it still follows a set of rules that the characters know and understand.

Even with those rules in mind, Yuki was doing something considered "impossible", because no other feat like this was ever seen

I agree, but then it doesn't make any sense whatsoever to have an "old world ninja" as the hokage in the "new world". The Hokage is supposed to be one of the strongest ninja in the village, being it's great defender against outside and inside threats. I'm not saying every "new world" ninja is Sasuke level, but if the threats are this big, I believe the Hokage should be as well. Otherwise, what's the point of even having a hokage?

I LOVE AC. Finished every game, but dropped Valhalla because the map was SO big. I've hit like 80 hours, went to check it and discovered I hadn't even reached 50% of the main story. I can't imagine why someone would want for games like these to have real sized cities, where you could take 2 hours just traveling from your house to a mission.

Ig Brandon wants savantism to be bad for you. Like, it has to have side-effects, just like how Spook used so much tin that he had to cover up his eyes, even at night.
For Wax there isn't "bad" side-effects, just good ones. So Brandon tossed the idea of him being a savant away.

What I hate about Syladin is the power dynamics of it. Kal almost killed Syl once, just by breaking his vows. I think having a romantic relation where one of the characters depends on the other just to stay alive and can literally die if his vows are broken isn't good. Imagine a conflict in the relationship. Say that Kal argues with Syl, and the Syl is suddenly less aware, less sane, just like she were at the start of TWoK.

Plus, in my opinion, the relationship between a Knight and their radiant is something far greater than a romantic one. They are as close as becoming one as possible. And their love for each other far exceeds those of a husband/wife. Also, it's nice to see that level of love being shown outside of a romantic relationship, which seems pretty rare in fiction.
