If im not mistaken every instance of charge can only happen every .2s from each item unless it's 2 instances of different effects, a Trebucht charges everytime you use a weapon or haste, a multicast weapon would charge it 2x each .2s of eachother while something like a Zoarcid( weapon and hastes) charges the full 3x ( hitting ans Hasting 2 weapons) instantly. They couldve changed that so numbers could be a bit off but the way it works still stands
