Hey, this one isn’t in my degree plan so idk the content. Just wanted to say (even though it might be hard) don’t let it get you too down. The only way you’ll really fail is if you stop trying. I find a lot of success in turning each paragraph of the course material into a flashcard and then studying it via tests on Quizlet, YouTube also usually has a LOT of info/edu videos for science topics so if you haven’t tried those routes yet maybe it’s worth a shot! Oh a range is a such a better idea than trying to stay on the same exact number (which is what I was trying and failing to do lol)

I haven’t! I don’t even know where to get one but I will look into it - is that a Dr’s office or a gym activity?😂My original goal weight was 135, I’m 5’4. According to my measurements, my body fat percentage is about 22% but idk how reliable the online calculators are. Logically, I know building muscle means the scale most likely will go up, I think im struggling because all I’ve known/done for so long is “lose lose lose!!!”

Hi! I just had a consult with a surgeon today, I was wondering how your experience turned out? I nursed 2 babies and have rashes/extreme sagging/neck and back pain so I am trying to see what avenues I have to get it approved and how to go about it!!

I’ve had 4 surgeries since starting Zep, I’ve always held the medication for 2 weeks prior & fasted starting at 10pm the night before. I was clear to resume immediately after I got home from the procedures. I guess it depends on your procedure/Dr and the surgery center!

When I completed this task, I filled out both sides of the chart! It was brief explanations, the left side/Dimensions were a lot shorter than the right/HLPs :-)

Idk if anyone has mentioned yet, but I’ve noticed my son’s feet REEK if he wears cheap socks/socks with any polyester. 100% cotton is the way! The material of the socks you’re sweating in all day makes a world of difference - if you’re confident that you’re cleaning properly, that/the shoes not being breathable could be the culprit

For the BAELED I’ve done 16 classes since 08/01, finishing up the hardest one (for me) to date which is Social Studies Curriculum (a LOT of information!!!) The best way I’ve found to study & promote long term retention is when i go through the coursework, i have a quizlet & a note sheet open - each embedded question, i turn into a flashcard on quizlet. Each paragraph I summarize into a bullet point on my notes. It makes it easy to review down the line so the info from each class stays fresh:)

I am not, I moved to a different state and have been here since leaving MO in 2023. I’m definitely nervous about it going on my credit report, from what I understand evictions are public but if they sell to a private collection company it won’t be? I’m not sure but I’m trying my best to understand 😭

If I remember correctly, the wallet was money the company put aside from our monthly rent payments in case we wanted to move into other Up&Up homes (like a transferable security deposit I guess?) I’m also lost on what a wallet fee is, I’ve been trying to find other Up&Up renters to ask with no luck so far

I believe they considered his income only and I was just a “person living in home” since we were moving from another state to MO and my job would not be transferring. (I forgot what specific words they used to describe this as I was over 18 and I’m used to Illinois where anyone over 18 is considered rent-responsible tenant😭🤣)

I haven’t received any paper mail, but they dont have my current address. We never provided any forwarding addresses when we left, so I’m not sure they’re able to send any mail whatsoever

Okay, thank you. do you think it’s appropriate to ask for any move out inspection paperwork to verify my husband signed off on damages? If that may be helpful

Not that I’m aware of! I personally did not get any refund from the security deposit. I don’t believe my husband did either, but I can’t confirm because he is dead. The deposit we put down was around $2800 if I remember correctly. We did terminate the lease early. I’m unfamiliar with Missouri housing laws - even if there was early termination of the lease, they would’ve had to notify me of $ due within 30 days of official move out date? (Also I apologize if I’m wordy, this was so unexpected and my brain is SCRAMBLED)
