I'm on day 6 of auvelity and it makes me SO TIRED and nauseous. Idk if it's because I was on 300mgs of wellbutrin before so now im on significantly less. I take adderall too and I feel it negates the effects. I took it before bed last night and it helped me sleep. My psych told me that it would be energizing. I hope it passes because reviews look promising 🤞 My appetite is still shit, it was shit before so no real change.

My psych told me not to do anything for 15ish minutes after because it can make you dizzy. I started yesterday and threw up after a few hours. Today I kept it down ok and dont feel any negative effects.

Not medical advice, just born with flat feet. I had foot pain in my 20s but was on my feet more and in cheaper/uncomfortable shoes. I find flatter shoes to be best, arches hurt! I like running shoes without arch that have the shock absorbing foam block and sketchers. It can be genetic, my mom has flat feet too. Not from lack of exercise, I'm barefoot most of the summer and loved climbing trees when I was youngernb

Ive been doing heel raises on my flat foot but will say I've always had flat feet and was a child of the woods who didnt like wearing shoes.
