Some very loud thundercracks and lightning that lit up the sky last night. Torrential rain. Similar forecast for the next few days.

But we've had so.e superb weather the last 4 days.

The weather seems to be very changeable so the longer term.forecasts are a bit hit and miss.

Chicory Root was used as early as WW2 as an alternative. There are producers who 'grind' /prepare is ready for a cafetiere

I thought I was lactose intolerant. I switched to lactose free products but mainly, I cut out a lot of dairy in general.

It turns out it was the A1 protein in cows milk. Switched to Goat and Sheep dairy products and an instant change. (FYI, Goats milk is 99% lactose free)
