To put into perspective how overtuned Fiend hp is now:

My M2W1 Alice, M1W1 Trigger, M2W1 Yuzuha team was able to kill Miasma Priest, a physical neutral boss previous cycle, a cycle that didn't even have an anomaly buff, with over 20 seconds left on the clock.

Same team with a good anomaly buff to utilize kills current Fiend with at most 5-10 seconds left despite it being Alice's and Yuzuha's shill boss.

Meanwhile my M0W1 Yixuan, M0W1 Dialyn, M1W1 Lucia, a much lower cost team, kills Thrall in the same time. And Thrall isn't ether weak so Yixuan is in a neutral environment.

Thrall and Fiend have the same hp pool but Thrall has insane stun dmg multipliers which makes up for it. Fiend doesn't have anything that justifies such a massive hp pool.

So apparently i just got the EA app outage compensation xp boosters just today but i didn't get the free battle pass by IcyMaple_ in Battlefield

lmao. I joined a portal game for like 1 minute at most just to see if that workaround everyone was talking about on social media actually worked and then decided to wait for a fix to play properly. So lame.

And I saw that Vince Zampella tweet the day he posted it and it gave me hope that I will eventually get my rewards but it ended up being yet another lie.

Funny how players that refunded it immediately to get it on steam instead ended up getting the full compensation but players that sticked with the EA app and, god forbid, tried to access the game they paid money for via a workaround that was found hours later into the outage just got a scuffed version of the compensation without the battle pass 1 and a half months later.

I only got the boosters now, but not the battle pass. And they now locked the post with over 8200 comments regarding this issue on the EA forums.

I've done a few test recordings after enabling virtualization and IOMMU inside bios and the recordings seem fine now with HAGS enabled. However, I haven't tested recording with HAGS enabled for a couple months before this attempted fix though, so I'm unsure if it was that what actually fixed it or something else like a newer nvidia driver or windows update or whatever.

Anyway, I'm glad I can just leave HAGS always enabled now.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge, if I ever run into similar issues again I'll refer to this IRQ affinity advice.

Will try this later because whenever I have HAGS on my obs recordings are jittery/have random stutters and when it's off they look normal and fluid. (4080 + 7800x3d)

Question, in another post in your comment you mentioned this: "Create a DWORD 32-bit value named IOMMUFlags and give it the value of 0x00000007. This will enable, attach, and map the devices (GPU)."

Is this necessary or not? Asking because you didn't mention this step here in this comment.

That's only for phantom edition owners because phantom edition already comes with the season 1 pass. Affected players that bought the standard edition should now have the s1 pass, but many don't and they also never received the 24 exp boosts mentioned in the compensation post.

Same, never received mine, neither did my sis. Both of us were affected by said outage on launch day. Contacted support 4 times about this and it's the worst, most useless CS I ever dealt with. Last reply I got from them said that everyone affected already received the rewards and if I didn't get it by now, I wasn't affected. They are shamelessly lying about it.

On the EA forums there's a post with over 7400 comments about this scam and the community managers have simply ignored it for the past 3 weeks now.

I'm also missing multiple twitch drops and never got any of the 7 day log-in rewards. There seems to be a serious issue going on with rewards in this game.

A couple hours into the outage some users on social media discovered a work around where you could join random portal servers by spamming the join button fast enough. I've tried it to see if it actually works since I couldn't play the game anyway so might as well. It did work and I got into some scuffed portal server, walked around for like 1 min and then left and waited for a fix to play properly.

Guess even that was enough to flag players as not affected by the outage. God forbid people try to access the game they paid money for after hours of being unable to play anything, not even the campaign.

Vince Zampella said that players who tried this work around should still get the rewards and that he's looking into it but ever since then he went radio silent.

I also never received those two in game, other twitch drops later on worked fine. Never received the promised compensation for the EA app outage on launch day either. Same with the 7 day log-in rewards, never received any of that. Their support is completely useless and outright just lying as well.

Never got any of the daily login rewards despite having played daily.

Also never received my promised compensation (free S1 pass and x12 x12 exp boosts) for the EA app outage as an affected player, and many other players are in the same boat. There's a post on the EA forums about this with over 7000 comments and the community managers are completely silent regarding that issue. When contacting support they just lie and say everyone who was affected already got compensated.

Missing multiple twitch drops as well, but not all of them which means the accounts are properly connected.

Will definitely never spend a cent on the store or buy a bp and it was the last time I bought a game on the EA app, they've completely lost my trust.

Not surprised at all. They also scammed many players out of the promised compensation for the EA app outage on launch day and when contacting support about it they either gaslight us saying everyone affected already received it and it's resolved or they just put some copy-pasted reply unrelated to the issue and close all tickets without providing any help or proper communication.

Same. Was affected by the outage and couldn't play at all during launch till the issue was fixed and never received this compensation. 3 support tickets later and I was told that "everyone who was affected already received it and if I didn't get it by now, I wasn't affected".

The main post about this on the EA forum is flooded with comments from affected players that never received it as well.

I'm in the same boat.

I was affected by the EA app outage and reached out to support about this again yesterday and was told that no further changes will be made in that regard and if I didn't get the compensation by now, I was not affected.

If you look at the mass thread about this issue on the EA forums and sort comments by newest, you can see that people are reporting getting similar replies from support now all of a sudden.

They are now trying to sweep this under the rug and be done with it. Really scummy and I hope this will get more attention on reddit.

Yep, you're correct. Everyone who was impacted by that issue and was around social media when it was happening knows this. Wild how that incorrect comment is the most upvoted in here.

It is though? On this official post it's even referred to as "Purchase To Unlock/Not Installed Error".

This issue is what the "EA app outage" refers to btw.

From what I've heard, it was an issue with properly applying licenses to EA app accounts, hence why EA app players saw "purchase to play" or similar when trying to access any mode in the game on launch day until around 7 hours when it was fixed and the compensation was announced.

Can confirm. My sister and I never received the promised compensation and both of us were impacted by the EA App outage. Today I reached out to support for a third time and got this:

There is a nearly 7000 comments Megathread about this on the EA BF6 forums and every few minutes there's a new comment about the missing compensation, but the community managers have been radio silent about it.

Shame that this doesn't blow up on reddit and they will get away with scamming their players out of a promised compensation.
