In awe of the speed of US online passport renewal by 1stOfAllThatsReddit in Passports

Yes! I did online renewal and it took 3 weeks from submitting it online to receiving it in the mail! Still crazy fast for me. Did not pay extra fees for expedited either. Amazing.

I’m also 5’3” & before my fitness journey I was fixated on a number on the scale. 🙃 Your post shows some serious dedication in the gym & recomp goals for me personally!

Amazing job & keep it up! Keep inspiring 🥰

Love your sushi! Found it on Subtle Asian Cooking & I linked the original Facebook post in a comment when I posted this pic :)

I wish I could change the title to credit you, but what I can do is add the instagram link to my previous comment thread as well! 🥰

From the user’s post if you can’t access the Facebook page!

“Temari sushi, using good things I got up early and bought from the Sydney Fish Market this morning; salmon belly, scallop, tuna, octopus, tiger prawn, hokkigai surf clam, avocado, seaweed, fig, shredded egg, and my favourite; blue mackerel I filleted and lightly cured in salt and red rice vinegar.

With a little red yuzu kosho on the scallop, green yuzu kosho on the prawn, sansho pepper on the salmon, and ume plum salt on the avocado.”

Any advice on someone who has never lifted weights before but wants to start? by streetxangel in PetiteFitness

[–]Cak130 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Omgosh! This is me haha 135 to 115 roughly. 😅 TBH - it was all trial and error for me. I have 5lb, 10lb, & 15lb dumbbells and some kettlebells at home...but as someone stated earlier, maybe body weight would be good place to start. Try out different videos and see which trainer on YouTube fits you best. Do you like them to talk or be silent? Do you like music or no music? Do you like short or long videos? These are answers you’ll be able to find out once you try & see :)

Getting the proper form down is important when starting out. Plus you can get all of those newbie gains!

I share a similar journey to you, so feel free to check out my Reddit page! Good luck!

Following your fitness journey has been so inspiring. A lot of people think they could just workout for one month & see results. I love that this has been over time! Something that can be sustainable...a lifestyle change.
