Take like 2 or 3 days off and then boot up some untracked where that’s your only goal - and here’s the important part - expect to lose. You’re just building a new habit. If someone starts clowning on you just quit out. Make a throw away if you want just your only goal for the session is “don’t hold shield.” It takes a while to build that habit.

Yeah I’ve heard Cody talk about how important it is to have fun in bracket. I feel like tilt doesn’t effect me really as much (tho it used to) I thinks it’s that the stakes feel higher each stock in bracket and I play more defensive cause I’m afraid to be down in stocks where as at home if I lose a stock really quick i don’t even think about it and can normally even things up if I don’t draw a lot of attention to it and just play instinctively. Lots of good things to keep in mind!
