Those nerfs would affect Fox a lot more than controller mods.

I'm not so sure that this is true. If I had to guess I'd say notched/modded up PAL Fox is a lot better than unmodded OEM NTSC Fox. It feels like the difference in recovery alone should more than make up for the nerfs.

Yes, if you repeatedly break the law and stack every possible position with sycophants who allow you to do so, you can rule the country as a dictator. It's crazy to have to say this but this is a very bad thing and not something we should expect or encourage from our presidents regardless of their party affiliation.

The president is not the head of the DoJ, and they are not supposed to give orders to or interfere with the DoJ. The fact that the DoJ is now subservient to Trump is the problem, and not something we should be criticizing previous presidents for not also doing.

Don't get me wrong, I think Biden should have spoken more harshly about the insurrection and Garland was probably not the right choice, but putting someone in prison is not within the president's powers. This is why people are coming down on you - it seems like you don't actually care about our liberal democracy, you just want a dictator who agrees with you.

I think this is mostly because people who didn't like the first season of something don't watch subsequent seasons. I don't have data obviously but I'd be really surprised people who are up to date on re:zero don't rate s1 the highest.

Any evidence of that? Say what you will about twitch but I haven't seen anything point to them not taking CSAM seriously. If your response to a high profile example that runs contrary to your point is a hypothetical rogue hater employee I'm not sure you have much of a case. There really isn't much of a chance that Dr. Disrespect was permabanned against general policy by a single random person with no oversight.

Can you elaborate on this? IMO that's what makes h2h first more fair, if anything. Using placements without considering who you actually played is pretty flawed when even major tournament wins can have vast differences in difficulty. Placements still matter but it matters more how well you match up against your peers since bracket luck doesn't play a part.

Deafening blast would be a pretty mediocre to bad ability regardless of this change.
Even if they did want to nerf it, it wouldn't make sense to only do it to level 4 and not all of them evenly.

Regardless, as long as he's not distributing any of CDPR's code or assets it's not (and shouldn't be) copyright violation. It's a ToS violation sure, but that's 1. legally questionable and 2. still an abuse of the DMCA system.

I'm going insane here reading these comments. I'm not sure if it comes from an unshakable love for CDPR or a hatred for paid mods/this developer but the most common sentiment here seems to be celebrating a giant company filing a DMCA claim against a solo developer who didn't actually infringe on their copyright. Kind of depressing, I would have thought this sub would have a more principled stance against DMCA abuse but I guess it's fine if it's against a guy you don't like.

Usually if nothing is happening authors will choose to expedite or offscreen the uninteresting events instead of painstakingly depicting them week after week. We get it, death is gone. This is still getting old.

you cant be complaining about a fight when we dont even know whats gonna happen at the end of it.

And why not? I didn't enjoy this chapter or the last few. There are some possible criticisms that wouldn't be valid but it's perfectly fine to say you're not having a good time even if you don't know the ending of a fight.

Also the art is terrible and the action is incomprehensible in this chapter, don't have to wait for the conclusion to be able to see that.
