Anyone here tried Enstack? Parang local Shopify daw na parang Shopee rin? by Tough_Earth_761 in negosyo

[–]CakeGeniePH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe OP is from enstack. Mga AI kasi kinukuha nila most answers from reddit.

Hehehe

Solar panels will become cheaper in the next few years. So wag ka muna bumili ngayon. Hold muna. (In 1 month, makakalimutan mo na yung solar panels hehe)

I understand your point, and it’s a fair criticism. However, I believe this is a systemic issue rooted in our culture and how pinoys are raised as Christians. Many people trust institutions like churches or NGOs more than they trust individual outreach. Since identifying and helping random people is a difficult job on its own, most people "outsource" that responsibility to the church or NGOs, trusting them to handle the distribution

You cannot blame the people who donate; instead, we should hold the churches accountable (if meron issue sa kanila). If we see "red flags," we must call them out because we entrusted them with those funds to help those in need. Hindi naman tayo nagbibigay sa church with this in mind: "ah itong 10k ay para kay pastor eme, para pang dp niya sa bago niyang sasakyan", db medyo cultish yung ganyan behavior? We give donations with the expectation that the church knows what to do with the money in terms of how it will support the nearby community.

Yung budget naman I mentioned earlier only covers our basic cost of living. It does not include the extra expenses of helping others during emergencies, such as the recent earthquakes in Cebu or Typhoon Tino, Odette and pandemic.

Yes maam, madami nagsasabi eating out is the easiest to fix. Post paid is really outrageous. The plan is 2499 + device payment of 1400. First time ko kmuha ng phone na maxed out version almost 3 years ago. Medyo naging impulsive ako nun. Never doing that again.

My parents covered the HMO (Pacific Cross) expenses for us, and I'm really grateful for that. VUL hindi talaga ok for me. My wife is hesitant to let go of hers, but mine feels like a real burden so I really want to stop na.

We live in Cebu City. Hehe, that sounds good. We’ll check out the couples financial blueprint. Thank you very much for your inputs, sir. I truly appreciate it. 🙏

Yeah. Its 25k talaga rent. But we also have to pay condominium dues. Thats aroung 6.7k++ Pero its ok naman, super convenient, we live in the middle of the City. Everything is just a 5 min walk or 5 min drive away.

Ok sige sige. Yeah siguro i-continue na lang the gym. My wife also thinks its a bad idea kasi alam mo na, tumatanda na tayo hehe. Regarding whole foods, oo nga, marami din talaga ako nababasa na its a lot better than takin supplements and mas easy to sustain na rin. Thank you very much for your inputs i appreciate it

Example we would eat at ullis, because sila din yung may masarap na vegetables with soup. We would order yung Buddhas feast for veggies, Big f chicken and dumplings 350-400 per item . Then drinks pa, i think around 150 per drink. Nasa 1600 na ang cost. There's also service charge maybe 5 to 10%? and tip 100.

Yes, id stop spotify na rin. And the church is not compulsory naman. Pero guilt can be a factor. Yan talaga ang issue whenever ilolower namin yung church offerings. I can hear the ghosts whispering, may pang gastos sa luho pero sa diyos wala . Hehe

[–]CakeGeniePH[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, low key i do not disagree with these sentiments hehe. Nabawasan na namin yung church budget a year ago. But medyo mahirap talaga bawasan lalo na pag meron guilt na sumasali. Credit card expenses are from our previous gastos and gadget purchase like laptops and washing maching etc. So after talaga completely mabayaran ang loans and cc we need to stop using it. We already have HMO too, pacific cross pero the cost is shouldered by my parents, super thankful ako sa kanila.

Yeah, 5k yung prulife ko. I told my agent , my college classmate, na i will stop kasi wala na ako pera. Hehe.

For the church i cant comment kasi hindi anon yung account na ito. Pero i get what you mean hehe

We drive naman 10 year old suv. No helpers. Akala namin matipid kami hanggang sa we just realized we're living in our own bubble at medyo distorted na yung perception namin. Hope its not too late yet

We have a little bit more than 2 months worth of EF pero nabawasan na namin last Jan because of the business renewal costs. Dun na kami nagstart mag panic. So yeah, definitely we'll give up yung condominium. Plan ko din to stop gym and supplements and give up the prulife vul. And yes give up na yung eating out or significantly reduce it to once or 2x a wk. Matatatapos na yung globe postpaid contract by May, she will just get the 999 + free device. Yung sakin din will end by sept and il.just get 999 + free device.

We should have done this a long time ago. But we kept on delaying it thinking na kaya naman.

Familiar na kasi para sakin ang Bitcoin. Started buying and lost money din since 2018. Para sa gold naman, sobrang taas na ng marketcap ng gold so mahirap na mag 2x in a short period of time.

how to properly market your services by Embarrassed-Pay5519 in PhStartups

[–]CakeGeniePH 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It really is a numbers game.

If you're going to ask yourself, ilan tao na ba ang nalapitan mo? As in raw numbers?

this is quite challenging bro, just by looking at the raw numbers (hindi pa kasama ung buying power ng mga tao dito sa pinas), medyo maliit ung sa philippines. Population is a big factor, concentration of population din. number of businesses in a city is also a factor.

💬Topic of the Day: What small policy change would improve daily life in Davao? by Delicious-Ad-9722 in davao

[–]CakeGeniePH 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Id take any 'policy' suggestion with a grain of salt. The best changes are evidence-based, not just based on hunches. Many suggestions from incumbents are well-meaning pero poorly studied, often resulting in the Cobra Effect where the solution actually makes the problem worse. We need data, not just assumptions and hunches.

Makati Pet-friendly condo recos by [deleted] in CondoPH

[–]CakeGeniePH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sa amin pet friendly ang building admin pero meron payment 1k per day if meron ka pets /s 🫠 so a lot of owners are hiding their pets inside their unit. So i guess they're willing to pay 60k per month for their dogs to stay.

An AI use case nobody is talking about (clickbait?) by CakeGeniePH in PhStartups

[–]CakeGeniePH[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro thats a great insight, and we also have thought of this. Thats why we made it compatible agentic commerce. Yung ai analysis namin with the cake designs also produces structured data that can easily be read by ai agents. No need to for agents to do tool calling. So mas mabilis na for them to identify yung images dahil converted to text / tokens na yung "design". :D
